How long will it take me to receive my order?
Vic’s Mart’s complimentary shipping is via FedEx ground. Most orders will take 3-5 business days to be received. Other shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once we ship your item(s) we will email you the tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Vic’s Mart ships only within the continental United States.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. However, by law we must charge Michigan residents 6% sales tax.
Do you supply a catalog?
No. Vic’s Mart is a dedicated online merchant.
Is your website secure to order from
Yes. When you place your order with us, you will be using our secure server. Our secure server software encrypts all of the personal information you submit to us. This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Can I make a purchase by phone? By fax?
At this time orders will be taken via Internet only.
What if I’m unhappy with a purchase?
You may exchange or return certain items. You may return or exchange your unworn or unused purchase in its original condition within 10 days of the shipment date. You must contact us by e-mail at support@vicsmart.net with your order number and reason for exchange/return. If your item is to be exchanged, please provide us with the description and item number that you would like in exchange. We will e-mail you with an exchange/return authorization code along with instructions for sending back your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Your exchange/return must be received by us within 10 days from when your exchange/return authorization number was issued. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please allow five to seven business days for exchanges/returns to be processed. Final sale items are not exchangeable or returnable. Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns due to excessive patterns in returning or exchanging merchandise.
Do your handbags come with the original designer’s label on them?
No. The handbags we carry are uniquely created products that are inspired by the latest trends.
Do you sell wholesale
No. Vic’s Mart is solely a retail store.
How do I know I am buying from a reputable website?
Vic’s Mart, LLC is owned and operated by experienced professionals in Michigan. Our office and distribution facility is located in Plymouth, MI. Our staff will be happy to assist you within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail Monday through Friday (8-5 EST).
What are your payment options?
We accept all major US credit cards through PayPal. At this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders. We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspect.
How quickly will you ship out my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day Monday through Friday. We will contact you promptly via email regarding credit card problems, items being out of stock, and address verification questions.
Product Availability.
In the rare event that product availability changes before we have an opportunity to update our website, there is a possibility that some products may be unavailable. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but if we cannot, we will promptly contact you via e-mail or by phone to offer you an alternative product.
